Helen Bartimote is a licensed and registered chartered Industrial / Organisational (I/O) psychologist (Health Care Professions Council HCPC + British Psychological Society BPS). Bartimote is also a Tavistock Institute certified leadership coach and has undertaken additional training in psychodynamic-systemic group coaching with KDVI. She provides expert guidance to organisations using current psychological research and evidence-based practices to develop hiring methodologies, high performance cultures, employee engagement and wellbeing, leadership development and mental health support strategies.
